but I have the honour also to call your attention to

those British companies which are not registered in

Hongkong. As at preesnt drawn the Order in Council

does not require the 1 to file with the registrar in

Shanghai the information required by Part IX of the

Ordinance. I have dealt with this point more fully in

my despatch to Sir J. Jordan on your despatch to him
